Cloud computing has experienced an increasing focus within the Information Systems literature. The demand for globally scalable software services has been the primary driver for cloud computing development and adoption. Software companies are engaged in the production of cloud services such as IaaS and PaaS and others leverage those same services to provide more highly abstracted versions of PaaS and SaaS cloud services which are again used to create even more abstracted SaaS services such as the Snapfix that can be consumed by non-technical organizations. I have grouped the results and discussion into the creation and adoption of cloud services.
